What this public layer does now

The current public site is mainly a buyer-guidance layer in front of live store offers, the resources hub, and the command-center path. Most fulfillment and payment still happen on the existing verified external checkout surfaces.

  • Only the minimum routing and request data needed to serve pages should be handled here.
  • Payment details stay on the external live checkout provider rather than on this public site layer.
  • Owner-only systems, payouts, tax setup, and private account work stay outside buyer-facing automation.

If a buyer needs help with an order, access issue, or product question, they should contact support at support@thewatchersedge.ca and include the order ID, product name, platform used, and a short description of the issue.
