What this public layer does now

The current public site is mainly a buyer-guidance layer in front of live store offers, the resources hub, and the command-center path. Most fulfillment and payment still happen on the existing verified external checkout surfaces.

Only the minimum routing and request data needed to serve pages should be handled here.
Payment details stay on the external live checkout provider rather than on this public site layer.
Owner-only systems, payouts, tax setup, and private account work stay outside buyer-facing automation.
